1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Aqua Spirit Club's services — including booking sessions, attending classes, or visiting our website — you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Session bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the session fee entirely.
3. Health & Safety
Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to train safely. Aqua Spirit Club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to themselves or others. All students must pass a basic water competency assessment before joining advanced programs.
4. Liability Waiver
By participating in Aqua Spirit Club programs, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with aquatic activities and agree to release Aqua Spirit Club, its instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Aqua Spirit Club website and in our programs — including text, images, videos, and training materials — is the intellectual property of Aqua Spirit Club and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Changes to Terms
Aqua Spirit Club reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or Zalo. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
