Children as young as 5 can begin our structured swimming program. Freediving and mermaiding programs are available from age 12, with parental consent required for students under 18. Finswimming is open from age 8.

Yes — basic swimming competency (25m unassisted) is required. Our swimming program can have you ready within 4-6 weeks.

Absolutely. Most of our mermaiding students are adults — professionals looking for a creative, physical outlet unlike anything else. There is no upper age limit.

Finswimming is the fastest human-powered aquatic sport — swimmers use a mono-fin or bi-fins to reach extraordinary speeds. We offer both competitive tracks (for those who want to race) and recreational tracks (for fitness and pure speed enjoyment). No prior experience required.

Standard sessions are 90 minutes, including warm-up, technique work, and cool-down. Advanced freediving and finswimming sessions may extend to 2 hours.

We maintain a strict 1:3 coach-to-student ratio. Maximum class size is 6 for swimming, 4 for freediving, 5 for mermaiding, and 5 for finswimming.

Safety is our non-negotiable foundation. We operate with AIDA-standard protocols, medical-grade oxygen on site, and every instructor holds advanced rescue certifications. In over 5 years and 3,000+ sessions, we have maintained a perfect safety record.

All essential equipment is provided including mono-fins and bi-fins for finswimming. We recommend students purchase their own mask after the first two sessions for hygiene and fit.

Yes — we offer a 60-minute trial session for all four programs. It is the best way to experience our teaching methodology before committing to a full course.
